LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elitview Industries shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, misuse of, or inability to use this product.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, financial loss, or personal dissatisfaction.

In no event shall Elitview Industries’ total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product.
